All About Marlene
Marlene graduated from Brenneke school of massage in 1999, making her one of the most experienced massage therapists in the area. Her experience and dedication to continuing her education radiate through her work. A few of her specialities include:

- Swedish massage
- Deep tissue
- Sports massage (she's a bit of an athlete herself and does really extraordinary work in this category)
- Therapeutic massage
- Medical massage
All her work has a functional focus, whether that is recovery from a decades-old injury, or simply relaxation from an especially stressful time.
We know it can sometimes be difficult to describe what exactly is ailing you, and Marlene offers a respectful and knowledgeable ear. No one here has any interest in diminishing your experience, we are here to listen and to help. Marlene has a keen eye for respectfully deciphering what your body is actually trying to tell you with your various aches and pains.
Marlene’s work is distinctive because she does not seek to create dependence in her clients; her goal is more so to teach you how to care for yourself, and have her work serve as an extremely valuable addition to the self-care techniques and modalities that you and her create together. Her perspective is distinctly holistic, and adds to what are already exceptional massages.
A massage and light treatment are a fabulous pairing, and make for an exceptionally refreshing spa day.
And yes, we do accept MVC/PIP for massages, and while we do not accept out of network claims, we can provide you with the claim form for your insurance. Do let us know if you have any questions on this!
